Thompson Venture Works collects the information you submit through our project intake and client portal so we can evaluate, respond to and deliver your project.
What we collect
Contact details, business information, project requirements, budget and timing preferences, messages, and files you choose to share through the client portal.
How we use it
To respond to inquiries, qualify and scope work, prepare proposals, communicate during delivery, manage project files, and maintain the security and reliability of our service.
Who receives it
We do not sell lead or client information. We share data only with service providers needed to operate the business—such as hosting, database, storage, email and messaging providers—and only for that operational purpose.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry and project records only as long as reasonably necessary for the relationship, legal obligations and business records. Client portal sessions use secure cookies, and private files are provided through short-lived access links.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete your information, subject to records we must retain for legal or contractual reasons. Reply to any Thompson Venture Works email to make a request.
